Are there any alternative ways to earn credit?

You may be able to get credit toward your certification by doing something other than taking a course.

Here are some things that qualify for four elective eco-credits. Feel free to ask about other possibilities. Also, the list below may grow, so be sure to check back.

• Any one of the following designations: CRS, GRI, ALC

• Use of a hybrid or other alternatively-fueled vehicle as your primary business vehicle

• Documentation that you have brokered five or more certified EPA Energy Star homes

• Documentation that you have brokered an NC HealthyBuilt Home

• Attendance at Warren Wilson's all-day Mountain Green conference
